Day of Planting - Fun, Friends, Family, Flowers (and Food!)

Thank you to everyone who showed up to help beautify up and down Ocean Avenue from Flatbush and Parkside - we had amazing weather and lots of fun!

A special thank you to the event captains - Stanley, Paul, Remle & Vicki - and a huge shout-out to the NYC Parks crew who were on-hand with trucks, tools, flowers and serious gardening skills - Arlon, Jay, Joe, Joe, Kimon & Lesle.  We also want to thank Liam Kavanaugh, NYC Parks First Deputy Commissioner, for stopping by and supporting our efforts.  We have some truly wonderful people in NYC!

Enjoy some photos from the day.....
